About us

Metsol is a West Midlands based company offering high quality, one off and small batch precision engineered parts

With the ability to work in a wide range of materials from hard steels, to aluminium and even plastic almost anything can be machined to meet your companies specific requirements. The company has been in operation since 1990, offering high quality machined parts to both small local businesses and large global companies, with parts manufactured at Metsol being used in wind farms and on oil pipelines as far away as Australia. The company has grown steadily since 1990 and is continually adding new machines. Metsol has also continued to expand its workforce and in more recent times has offered apprenticeships, putting more engineers back into the UK to continue the growth of British engineering.

Apprentice Schemes: Metsol continues to introduce younger members to its team of engineers in the hope of putting fresh and young highly qualified engineers into British manufacturing. Currently the company has two apprentices learning how to programme set and operate CNC machines along with gaining manufacturing knowledge in other areas in the company. The company hopes that British manufacturing will stay strong in years to come as more and more apprentices are trained as engineers.
